Day 13: Lake Meadows, Billericay

I've lived in Billericay for 20 years and I might have gone to Lake Meadows less than a dozen times in that time.

Now I'm on a bit of a walking kick and I don't have time to find a new town every single time I go out, I thought I'd have a wander around the lake and grounds. It's a pleasant enough place and even though it was full of old people walking dogs (I'm not a big fan of dogs) it was still enjoyable enough.

And I'm getting really pleased with the camera on my new S7 Edge too - it's doing a great job.

Walking around the lake took between 10 and 20 minutes depending on whether I took a short cut or not so I ended up doing 4 circuits. That probably explains why my elevation was so high on this walk too.

It's still utterly freezing, which is why about 90% of lake was iced over. But still no rain!
